Claims

What is a Claim?

A claim is a request you make to the insurance company, asking it to assess the situation and pay what your policy promises.

You must file a claim to alert the insurance company, and to be paid.

To File a Claim

You've had an accident. After you've taken care of any urgent medical needs, you need to file an insurance claim. To do this you need the following:

  • Policy number
  • Date and time of the accident
  • Make, model and year of the vehicle involved in the accident
  • Name, drivers license number of both drivers
  • Day-time and night-time phone numbers

How do you file a Claim?

National American Insurance Company of California (policy numbers beginning with PPA)

Your accident should be reported to National American Insurance Company of California at 800.928.8601. You will receive quality service from an expert adjuster. Once your accident has been reported you may contact National American Insurance Company of California at either 800.928.8601 or 562.279.1300. Their business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Danielson National Insurance Company (policy numbers beginning with NSA)

Your accident should be reported to Danielson National Insurance Company at 800.928.8601. You will receive quality service from an expert adjuster. Once your accident has been reported you may contact Danielson National Insurance Company at either 800.928.8601 or 562.279.1300. Their business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Hudson Insurance Company (policy numbers beginning with HSC)

Your accident should be reported to David Morse & Associates at 800.706.6773. You will receive quality service from an expert adjuster.
